Job Description
We're an early-stage startup building software for manufacturing that turns engineering drawings into instructions machines can run. We have a working prototype and are hand-picking our first pilot customers for early 2027\. Start date: January 2027\.
What you'll do:
- Lead product development, engineering and the technical side of the company
- Build and ship the first real version of the product
- Hire and lead the first engineers
- Work directly with the founder and our first customers
What you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience shipping software
- Shipped real production software, ideally having led a small team
- Strong Python or C\+\+
- Bonus: computer vision, CAD/CAM, robotics, or time in a machine shop
- You move fast, take feedback well, and want to build something big from day one
Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000 base, plus equity and benefits.
