Founding Designer - AI Super-Agent Startup - $225k-$300k

You'll shape the design culture from scratch at a rapidly scaling AI-first company.

This isn't a slow-moving corporate design team. You're joining an AI super-agent startup with $25m in funding where you'll ship features at breakneck speed and see your work make an instant impact. The architecture is built so that anyone can contribute meaningfully to the product, and you'll be right at the centre of that.

You'll own the entire design function as the founding designer. That means you're setting the standards, building the processes, and defining what great design looks like here. No waiting for approval from five layers of management. No design by committee. You make the calls.

You're working fully remote with a team that moves fast. You'll be designing, prototyping, and shipping constantly. Your work goes live quickly, and you'll see users respond to it in real time.

You need to be an engineering-driven designer who's comfortable working alongside engineers and speaking their language. You're proficient with AI-assisted coding tools and you use them to move faster. UX design is second nature to you, and you've done this at a senior level before.

The salary is $225k to $300k depending on your experience.
