Our client is an early-stage AI company building an agentic platform for complex enterprise software implementations. Their product helps project teams capture knowledge, automate repetitive workflows, surface risks, and deploy AI agents across large-scale ERP and back-office transformation projects.
This is a high-ownership product engineering role for someone who wants to build across the full stack, work close to customers, and own meaningful parts of the product end-to-end.
What you’ll do
- Build full-stack product features across frontend, backend, data workflows, and AI/agentic systems
- Own product surfaces from idea to production, including architecture, implementation, deployment, and iteration
- Work directly with customer pain points and translate messy enterprise workflows into scalable software
- Build LLM-powered features, agent workflows, retrieval systems, and automation tooling
- Move quickly in a small, highly technical team where engineers own outcomes, not just tickets
- Help shape the product and engineering culture as the team scales
What we’re looking for
- 0–5 years of experience as a software engineer, full-stack engineer, or product engineer
- Strong CS fundamentals and ability to reason through technical tradeoffs
- Experience shipping real products or features to users; internships, startup work, and ambitious side projects all count
- Full-stack ability, ideally with TypeScript / React on the frontend and Python / FastAPI on the backend
- Experience or strong interest in LLM-powered products, agentic workflows, retrieval, or AI automation
- Clear signs of ambition and ownership, such as founder experience, hackathons, serious side projects, open-source work, or early-stage startup experience
- Comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and working in a high-intensity startup environment
Nice to have
- Experience at an early-stage startup, especially one that grew meaningfully during your time there
- Experience building B2B, enterprise, ERP-adjacent, fintech, procurement, accounting, or back-office automation products
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Temporal, Kubernetes, or distributed systems
- Experience working close to customers, consultants, operators, or enterprise users
Why this is exciting
This is a chance to join a small, talent-dense team building AI into one of the most complex and expensive areas of enterprise software. The product is used in live, high-stakes customer environments, so the feedback loop is direct and the impact of strong engineering is immediate. You will have real ownership early, broad technical surface area, and the opportunity to help define how AI agents are deployed into enterprise workflows.
