Role Description

The Fractional Creative Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing brand identity and creative direction across the organization. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing creative strategies, developing branding materials, leading art direction, and managing graphic design projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in New York, NY, and will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain the company’s distinct aesthetic and elevate its brand presence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to guide project vision and execution effectively.
• Proficiency in Branding to ensure consistent brand identity and storytelling across all platforms and properties.
• Proven capability in Art Direction for leading the visual representation of creative concepts.
• Experience in Graphic Design for creating compelling visual content and materials.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or lifestyle industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
