Role Overview

As a Site Architect, you will play a key role in executing finishing and fit-out works, ensuring quality, coordination, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams

• Ensure work execution aligns with project specifications and design standards

• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control compliance

• Collaborate with BIM and technical teams for clash detection and coordination

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of site activities

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
