About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End oriented Software Engineer with deep expertise in React and modern web application architecture to help evolve the Bamboo Rose platform. This role places strong emphasis on building high-performance, scalable, and intuitive frontend experiences, while also contributing to backend services.

You will contribute to the design and development of complex, data-driven user interfaces that power mission-critical workflows across our platform. This is an opportunity to both contribute to the end-to-end user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of modern, scalable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and contemporary UI patterns.
• Architect reusable component libraries, state management strategies, and performant data-fetching patterns.
• Design and integrate scalable RESTful APIs.
• Develop backend services using Java to support frontend requirements and improve system capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack, including frontend behavior, data flow, and performance bottlenecks.
• Integrate emerging technologies, including Generative AI capabilities, into user-facing workflows and backend systems
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver polished, user-centric solutions.
• Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies, design reviews, and system-level technical planning.

What You Bring

• 6\+ years of experience building modern, production-grade web applications.
• Expertise in React, including hooks, performance optimization, state management, and component architecture.
• Experience building complex, data-intensive UIs with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Proficiency with Java
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs in distributed systems environments.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Playwright and JUnit.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with Product and Design.
• Experience contributing to high-performing Agile teams.
