Front Office Business Analyst

Riva Recruiting is partnering with a top-tier global investment manager to hire a Front Office Business Analyst / Delivery Lead to support high-impact initiatives across Rates, FX, and Equity Derivatives.

This is not a traditional project management role. The mandate here is translating front office asks into clear, executable plans across the full trade lifecycle. The team is looking for someone who understands the products, can challenge requirements, and can drive coordinated delivery across technology and business teams.

Key Focus Areas

• Work directly with Front Office stakeholders to clarify and structure new initiatives

• Translate high-level business requests into detailed requirements and delivery plans

• Assess end-to-end impacts across trading, risk, operations, and data flows

• Partner closely with technology teams to sequence and execute solutions

• Drive transparency around timelines, risks, and dependencies

• Operate within a global PMO framework while maintaining strong FO alignment

What They’re Looking For

• 6-12 years in a Front Office BA, change, or hybrid BA/PM role within asset management or markets

• Strong product knowledge across Rates, FX, and Equity Derivatives

• Solid understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle

• Proven ability to take ambiguous asks and impose structure and clarity

• Comfortable working with traders, quants, and senior stakeholders

• Strong communication skills with a delivery-oriented mindset

The right person here is product-fluent, commercially aware, and knows how to drive initiatives forward without needing heavy hand-holding.
