The Role
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Design to deliver high-quality features
- Translate Figma designs into tested, accessible, production-ready UI components and pages
- Enhance and extend existing design systems and framework code
- Refine visual polish, fix defects, and ensure pixel-perfect implementations
- Participate in code reviews and uphold quality, security, and accessibility standards
- Plan, track, and communicate progress using project/task management tools
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of professional front-end engineering experience
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed with effective time management skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, profile, and optimize front-end performance
- Experience with modern web development frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Solid.js
