About the role

We are hiring a Frontend Product Designer (Flow Builder) to own the creation and iteration of the multi-step user experiences that drive acquisition, onboarding, eligibility, checkout, and retention.

This is a design plus build role. You will work inside a proprietary low code platform used to assemble complex flows quickly, with the ability to drop into code when needed. We encourage the use of AI to move faster, generate variants, and accelerate iteration, with a high bar for quality and outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain multi-step flows across web and mobile web experiences
  • Design high-converting layouts with clear hierarchy, strong UX, and trust-building patterns
  • Implement conditional logic, branching, validation, and edge case handling
  • Build and maintain reusable components and patterns that scale across brands
  • Instrument flows with event tracking, so performance is measurable
  • Run iteration cycles focused on improving completion rate, conversion rate, and downstream retention
  • Partner with Design, Growth, Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Clinical stakeholders to ship safely and fast
  • Use AI daily to accelerate build speed, create variants, and improve quality while verifying correctness

Requirements Design skills

  • Strong UX fundamentals, including hierarchy, readability, mobile-first design, accessibility basics, and reducing friction
  • Ability to design conversion-focused multi-step experiences, including onboarding, intake, checkout style flows, upsells, and retention flows
  • Strong visual taste and attention to detail, including spacing, typography, layout, and consistency
  • Ability to translate goals into wireframes, UI, and clear user paths without heavy process overhead
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma and delivering clean specs that translate into production

Code and technical skills

  • Strong fundamentals in HTML and CSS, including responsive layouts, component structure, and modern UI patterns
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript concepts, including state, events, validation, and conditional rendering
  • Comfort reading and editing code in production environments when needed
  • Familiarity with API driven flows and basic concepts such as requests, payloads, and error handling
  • Ability to work inside low-code tools and still ship solutions that are clean, scalable, and maintainable
  • Understanding of instrumentation concepts such as events, properties, funnel steps, and attribution

Growth and business skills

  • Strong direct-to-consumer or e-commerce instincts, ideally subscription experience
  • Metric-driven mindset with comfort using analytics to evaluate impact
  • Ability to prioritize based on leverage and measurable outcomes
  • High ownership and urgency, you ship, and you follow through

Nice to have

  • Experience with experimentation and personalization
  • Experience with Webflow, Framer, Unbounce, or similar builders
  • Experience with analytics tools like PostHog, GA4, Amplitude, Segment, or Mixpanel
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
  • Experience writing clear documentation for reusable patterns and components

What success looks like

  • You ship flow improvements weekly
  • You can point to measurable lift in key funnels
  • Your builds are reusable, readable, and easy for others to maintain
  • You proactively find friction, propose fixes, and validate impact
  • You partner with Clinical, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering to gather requirements, translate them into clear build specs, and implement them end-to-end.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental \& Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (Roth 401k)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary \& AD\&D)
  • Unlimited PTO Policy
  • Paid Holidays
  • Short Term Disability
