As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Romeoville fulfillment facility, with a primary focus on shipping outbound orders. You will be responsible for accurately packing and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our patients.
In addition to outbound fulfillment, you will support inbound shipments as needed, assist with inventory replenishment to keep fulfillment stations stocked, and occasionally operate pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This role requires a dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and supports overall operational efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Package and ship outbound patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPsPrepare shipments, including building boxes and assembling packaging materials, to ensure timely dispatch and delivery expectations are metAssist with the receipt and organization of incoming inventory from the warehouse as neededOccasionally operate manual pallet jacks to move materials and support workflow across the facilityMaintain accurate inventory levels through proper stocking and organization practicesMonitor supply levels during daily operations and communicate low stock to team leads or management and replenish fulfillment inventory to ensure packing stations remain stocked and operationalMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace across all fulfillment areasCollaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and operational deadlinesFollow established workflows and safety protocols to ensure quality and productivity standards are upheldCommunicate clearly and effectively with team members to support smooth day-to-day operationsPerform additional fulfillment and warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads What You’ll Bring to the Team:
