National Fulfillment Manager

to lead it.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a supply chain professional who thrives in a complex, global matrix environment and is passionate about delivering results through people, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director Supply Chain, you’ll lead Komatsu’s national fulfillment function, ensuring materials, components and services are available to support manufacturing, rebuild, service and customer operations nationwide.

You’ll lead Site Supply Leads across multiple locations, driving material availability, shortage management, inventory optimisation and supply chain responsiveness. Partnering with Planning, Procurement, Operations, Engineering and Sales, you’ll balance customer commitments with operational priorities and supply constraints.

This is a national leadership role with real influence, supporting over $450M in annual business activity and helping shape the future of Komatsu’s supply chain capability.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead national fulfillment strategy and execution across multiple sites.
  • Drive material availability and supply execution to meet customer and operational commitments.
  • Manage shortages, supply risks and allocation challenges before they impact performance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of (4) Site Supply Leads.
  • Improve fulfillment processes, governance and supply chain performance.
  • Partner with Procurement, Planning and Operations to align priorities and deliver results.
  • Use data and analytics to improve schedule attainment, inventory effectiveness and customer delivery.
  • Support business continuity, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
