Overview

We are partnering with a leading financial institution to hire a Full Stack Developer. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to front-office workflows, modern development frameworks, and direct interaction with sales and trading teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with trading desks to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).
• Troubleshoot code issues and implement practical, value-added solutions.
• Document applications and support testing processes.
• Assist in modernizing Excel-based tools into scalable, industrialized solutions.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and application performance enhancements.

Required Skills \& Experience

• Basic programming experience in Object-Oriented Programming (Python preferred).
• Familiarity or interest in React or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently with guidance, and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Background in Finance is a plus
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, VBA, or event-driven architecture is a plus.

Compensation \& Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (based on experience and seniority)
