eyesAtop builds the operating system for multi-drone warfare - one platform that lets a single operator command an entire fleet in real time. We're vendor-agnostic, hardware-agnostic and already deeply embedded with the IDF, with 500,000\+ operational hours on the frontline.

We're a small, tight engineering team in the Tel Aviv area building something that actually matters. If that sentence doesn't land for you - this isn't the role.

What You’ll Do

You'll build and own the eyesAtop C2 experience - the software that's in the hands of pilots and operators every day. That means the tactical interface on remote controllers and tablets in the battlefield. The ground station running in our Pelican solution. The desktop and web experience used by remote operators running border protection and special operations. You'll own the full user experience across all of it - from backend to pixels, across every surface where our platform meets the operator.

Requirements

• 4\+ years in Full-Stack development
• Obsessive about building smooth, fast, pixel-perfect user experiences
• Highly proficient in React - our UI runs embedded across mobile, desktop and web
• Comfortable on the backend - Java, Python or NodeJS
• Someone who's built real-time or mission-critical systems - and knows what that actually demands
• Motivated by the mission, excited about the tech
