Full Stack Engineer

Lumicity is partnered with a leading Robotics startup in Boston building robotic systems that automate tire changing and balancing, replacing manual work in tire shops with machines powered by robotics and software.

The team is looking for a Staff Full-stack engineer to join their team. Having full ownership over project taking it from start to finish.

Non-negotiables:

• Onsite - 5 days in person
• only accepting individuals from BOSTON
• US citizenship or H1b Transfer

Experience:

• 7\+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong ownership of full-stack systems, architecture, and production deployments
• Strong experience building and shipping production-grade mobile and web applications, with expertise in React and responsive UI development
• Proven ability to design scalable cloud backend systems (preferably GCP), including RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and event-driven architectures
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices for reliable and continuous delivery
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across product, hardware, and engineering teams; experience with robotics, IoT, or computer vision is a plus
