Our client is a rapidly scaling, YC-backed Voice AI company. With $5M in seed funding and nearly $30M in annual recurring revenue — generated by a team of just 20 — they're setting the benchmark for voice automation at scale.

The Role

As a Senior Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you'll help build the platform behind millions of AI-powered voice conversations. You'll work across React, TypeScript, and Node.js to develop high-performance systems and polished interfaces that drive seamless customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship core product features — prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations
• Work across the full stack, from clean, responsive UIs to scalable APIs and DevOps pipelines
• Take full ownership of projects from system design through production deployment
• Design intuitive interfaces that accelerate customer onboarding and activation
• Work directly with customers, translating real-world feedback into meaningful product improvements

What We're Looking For

• 3\+ years of professional full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python
• Currently working with React
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Self-starter mentality — you identify problems and solve them without waiting to be asked
• Comfortable operating in a high-pace, high-output environment
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across functions

Compensation \& Benefits

• Base Salary: $200K–$280K USD
• Equity: 0\.25%–0\.45%
• Schedule: Full-time, 60\~70 hrs/week (50 onsite \+ 10-20 remote, flexible hours)
• Location: San Francisco Bay Area (5 days onsite)

Interview Process

1. Online coding assessment (25–30 min)
2. Technical phone interviews (2 rounds)
