that is expanding its core engineering group to accelerate development of analytics-driven products. This is an exciting opportunity for full-stack engineers who thrive in high-velocity environments and want to build meaningful features that power real-time insights and intelligent workflows.

. Candidates must be able to work onsite as required.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain core product features across both frontend (Next.js) and backend (Django) stacks.
• Design and implement analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and real-time reporting systems.
• Own API design, optimization, and integration between frontend applications and backend services.
• Ensure database performance and reliability, from schema design to query optimization.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to move quickly from concept to production.
• Help shape development standards, best practices, and scalable architecture.

Who You Are

• Experienced with Django (Python) and Next.js (React), comfortable working across the full stack.
• Strong understanding of API architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to build analytics-heavy applications and make complex data usable, visual, and performant.
• Pragmatic and execution-focused, with the ability to deliver in an evolving product environment.
• Opinionated about clean, maintainable code while remaining flexible when speed is critical.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, or analytics pipelines.
• Experience optimizing frontend performance and building responsive UI systems.
• Exposure to AI-driven or automation-based backend systems.
