Full Stack Software Engineer

Take2 Consulting is seeking an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to support a mission-critical national security program. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain modern cloud-native applications running in AWS while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the complete software development lifecycle. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, building scalable applications, and working in Agile environments supporting classified programs.

Key Responsibilitie

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications using Python and modern front-end frameworks
• Build scalable software solutions utilizing AWS cloud infrastructure
• Translate customer requirements into software designs and technical solutions
• Develop and maintain software architecture, interfaces, algorithms, and documentation
• Support system integration, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and customer meetings
• Debug complex software issues and improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency
• Support CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation
• Develop regression testing strategies and improve software quality processes
• Contribute to technical research, engineering best practices, and continuous process improvement

Required Qualification

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph or Full Scope Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
• 3\+ years developing software for distributed, multi-threaded, or complex systems
• 3\+ years of Python development
• 3\+ years of Angular (9\+), TypeScript, and JavaScript experience
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals

Preferred Qualification

• 5\+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with relational databases
• Agile software development experience
• Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline experience
• Regression test automation experience
• Experience supporting space-based or ground-based systems
