Full-Time Carpenter

Role Overview:

The Lead Carpenter supervises a crew of 3–4 workers and performs hands-on carpentry on new construction projects, including commercial buildings, pole barns, and pre-engineered structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
• Perform rough framing, install doors, windows, finish trim, and execute commercial casework and cabinetry.
• Install sheet metal siding and roofing systems, interpret blueprints, and utilize hand and power tools.
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, collaborate with stakeholders, and work independently when needed.
• Assist with various construction duties to complete projects from start to finish.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional carpentry, including commercial projects.
• Experience managing a job site, coordinating crews, and reading blueprints.
• Proficiency in rough and finish carpentry, framing, and installation of doors, windows, and interior finishes.
• Knowledge of sheet metal work, siding, roofing, and cabinetry.
• Ability to operate basic tools, work independently, and support team members.

Additional Skills:

Experience with steel stud framing, pole barn construction, and interior woodworking for commercial spaces.
