Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health

Responsibilities Include

• Providing compassionate, patient-centered care to adults and adolescents with behavioral health conditions
• Performing comprehensive assessments and medication administration
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Documenting care in EHR systems
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
• Supporting crisis stabilization and patient education
• Contributing to quality and safety initiatives within the healthcare setting

Qualifications And Skills

• Current registered nurse licensure
• Experience or knowledge in behavioral health preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
