Full-Time Registered Nurse RN - Fully remote

About the Opportunity:

This opportunity is for a full-time Registered Nurse to join a telephonic case management program. The role is fully remote, allowing work from home while coordinating patient care to improve health outcomes and manage costs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cost-effective care for patients.

• Manage cases involving catastrophic injuries and acute illnesses.

• Educate patients to improve health outcomes.

• Perform telephonic case management duties.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted RN compact license.

• Certification as a Case Manager or at least three years of clinical experience.

• Reliable internet connection with speeds of 25 Mbps download and upload.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
