Your Role

We could list all the business analyst's tasks, but it would be cumbersome. The truth is that there are as many ways to bridge business and technology as there are companies trying to do it. Depending on your profile and career goals, we will propose assignments that fit you best.

Our goal is to help you become an outstanding business/functional analyst, and it starts by offering you the most exciting opportunities.

In a nutshell, our vision of the job:

• Be the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that what gets built truly solves the problem at hand.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and process mapping.
• Model business processes (as-is and to-be) and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or simplification.
• Continuously challenge assumptions, clarify scope, and manage expectations to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals.
• Partner with QA and delivery teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure that the delivered solution meets the agreed-upon requirements.
• Contribute to the analyst community by sharing frameworks, templates, and lessons learned across assignments.

Experiences Needed

• More than 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional Analysis

Skills Needed

Even though 100 paths can lead to business analysis, we have noticed that the most talented analysts we have encountered have the following traits:

• You are detail-obsessed, and you would go above and beyond to make sure requirements are clear, complete, and testable.
• You have a good balance of understanding business processes and technical systems, allowing you to speak both languages fluently.
• You have excellent communication skills — written and verbal — to facilitate workshops, write specs, and align stakeholders with different perspectives.
• You speak fluent English AND French or Dutch.
• You are comfortable with modeling tools and techniques (UML, BPMN, user stories, wireframes, or similar).
• You have high organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
• You can think analytically, break down complex problems into manageable pieces, and propose structured approaches driven by facts and evidence.
• You can navigate ambiguity and thrive in environments where requirements are not yet fully defined.
