Functional/Business Analyst

You Will Need

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Functional or Business Analyst;
• Previous exposure to banking, telecommunications, or insurance environments;
• Strong ability to elicit business requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into clear technical specifications;
• Experience producing functional documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process diagrams;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies;
• Hands-on experience with collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms;
• Fluency in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
