Fund Accountant, 80K-85K+Bonus (Hybrid)

LHH is working with a growing Private Equity Company that is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Fund Accountant to join their team. As a Fund Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities of investment funds, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting the overall financial operations. This position pays 80K-85K\+Bonus and offers a Hybrid work schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger for the investment funds.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and review fund transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with fund documents.
• Perform fund-level expense allocations and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and distribute investor statements and reports.
• Calculate fund performance metrics and provide analysis to stakeholders.
• Monitor investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities.
• Assist in the coordination of fund audits and tax compliance.
• Prepare and review fund-level compliance reports, including regulatory filings and investor reporting requirements.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience in tax or fund accounting
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles and practices.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
