We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to lead analysis initiatives within the
FX IT Tribe
. You will drive requirements, collaborate with Product and Development teams, and ensure high-quality deliveries across FX initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business and data analysis for FX processes
- Produce functional specifications and process maps
- Translate business needs into user stories and detailed requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Dev teams to prioritise backlog
- Coordinate testing cycles and releases
- Monitor impact using KPIs
- Support Scrum Master responsibilities when required
Requirements
- 3\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong ownership mindset and stakeholder management skills
- Professional English
Nice to Have
- Experience in FX, payments, cash management or transactional banking
- Hands-on experience with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI)
- Experience defining API contracts and non-functional requirements
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Postman

Junior Business Analyst

Prior FX experience is not mandatory — we value ownership mindset, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support analysis of FX business processes
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Assist Product Owner and Dev team in backlog refinement
- Perform functional testing and validate releases
- Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making
- Support Scrum ceremonies and delivery coordination when needed
Requirements
- Professional-level English
- Experience writing clear user stories \& acceptance criteria
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive attitude
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in Agile/Scrum teams
- Exposure to FX, payments, or transactional banking
