Game Developer

We're looking for a Unreal Engine Developer to join a collaborative team developing cutting-edge serious games, simulation environments, and training applications that support mission-critical users. You'll work alongside game designers, artists, subject matter experts, and fellow developers to bring engaging training experiences from concept to deployment.

What You'll Do

• Develop applications using Unreal Engine 4 and 5
• Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, customers, and SMEs throughout the development lifecycle
• Contribute to application design, prototyping, implementation, and delivery
• Write, test, debug, and optimize C\+\+ code
• Conduct peer reviews and document technical designs
• Follow established coding standards and development best practices
• Take ownership of assigned work and help deliver high-quality products in an Agile environment

Required Skills \& Experience

• MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE TO BE CONSIDERED
• 3\+ years of experience developing applications with Unreal Engine 4 or 5
• Strong C\+\+ programming skills
• Experience using source control tools such as Git or Perforce
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Game Programming, or a related field
• Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Preferred Experience

• Unity or other game engines
• AR/VR development platforms such as Oculus, HTC Vive, HoloLens, ARKit, or similar technologies
• Experience across the full development lifecycle of training or simulation applications
• Additional programming experience with technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, JSON, or XML
• GitHub portfolio or work samples
