GenAI / Agentic AI Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on

GenAI / Agentic AI Developer

to build and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.

This role is ideal for engineers who have experience building production GenAI applications, multi-agent workflows, AI copilots, and intelligent automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms.

What You'll Do

• Build GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and tool-calling architectures.
• Develop multi-agent solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
• Design retrieval pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Develop backend APIs and services using Python, FastAPI, Flask, and microservices.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, knowledge bases, and document repositories.
• Deploy and monitor AI solutions using cloud-native technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement best practices for evaluation, observability, security, and responsible AI.

Required Skills

• Professional experience developing applications in Python.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI or Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
• LangGraph
• LangChain
• AutoGen
• CrewAI
• Semantic Kernel
• LlamaIndex
• Experience implementing RAG solutions using embeddings and vector databases.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms, Docker, and modern software engineering practices.

Compensation

Base Salary Range:

$130,000 – $150,000 USD

Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, and level.
