Innovate! Inc. is seeking a highly experienced GIS Analyst / Geospatial Data Engineer / Web GIS Engineer to support geospatial data development, integration, quality control, and service deployment. This role requires proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise/Server, ArcGIS Online/Portal, dashboards, and service publishing. The position also requires experience with Python, ArcPy, and Arcade scripting, as well as hands-on experience handling bathymetry, seismic, sediment, core samples, interpreted geophysical datasets, and other marine mineral datasets. The role will apply FGDC/ISO metadata standards and rigorous QA/QC procedures while supporting geospatial products, services, dashboards, mapping, and analytical workflows.

Salary Range: $118,500-$136,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead geospatial data development, ingestion, quality control, and integration.
- Manage vector, raster, bathymetric, seismic, and sediment datasets.
- Maintain FGDC/ISO metadata standards.
- Support modeling, mapping, Arcade expressions, and geostatistical workflows.
- Produce geospatial products in Portal, ArcGIS Online, dashboards, and map services.
- Work independently and provide technical assistance and guidance on GIS issues and statistical techniques.
- Solve GIS task-oriented problems with only a general description of the desired end product.
- Be responsible for database requirement models and details within development tasks.
- Conduct technical reviews of other GIS analyst work when necessary to solve problems or improve functionality.
- Write papers, develop procedure documentation, develop presentation materials, and present project results to small and large groups.
- Provide training to others in the use and application of GIS for real-world applications.
- May supervise others.
REQUIRED SKILLS \& TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
- ArcGIS Pro 3\.6\+.
- ArcGIS Enterprise/Server 11\.5\+.
- ArcGIS Online, Portal, Hub, dashboard building, and feature services.
- Python 3, ArcPy, and ArcGIS Arcade scripting.
- Experience with bathymetry, seismic data, core samples, and interpreted geophysical datasets.
- Experience with marine mineral datasets.
- Familiarity with CMECS, marine mineral datasets, and geospatial standards.
- Strong QC/QA skills for geospatial data validation and metadata.
- Ability to support GIS issues and statistical techniques.
- Ability to develop procedure documentation, presentation materials, and training materials.
- Ability to present project results to small and large groups.
EDUCATION \& EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree.
- 7 years of experience.
- Must be able to obtain a successfully adjudicated National Criminal History Check (NCHC) and National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)" and hold that for the duration of the contract.
