The Global CISO collaborates with executive leadership, technology teams, and business units to align security initiatives with business objectives and to promote a strong security culture. The role also involves engaging with external partners and vendors, reporting on security posture and metrics, and advising on secure architecture and application development practices.

  • Demonstrated experience in Business Continuity planning, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies for global operations.
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide security programs, preferably in financial services, private equity, or technology-focused organizations.
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership and presenting complex security issues in clear, actionable terms.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP) are highly beneficial.
