Global Partner Manager, Leader

For our client, we are seeking a Global Partner Manager Leader to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Information Technology space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $188,940 – $281,040 annually.

Responsibilities

• Drive global sales strategy and execution for the HCL partnership
• Formulate joint business plans, ensuring alignment with HCL s various business units
• Educate field account executives on the HCL partnership to guide customer solutions
• Conduct research on HCL to tailor company's value propositions accordingly
• Manage and accelerate license consumption while tackling complex challenges effectively
• Lead the development of industry-specific AI/CRM solutions with HCL
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas through proactive pipeline management

Qualifications

• 12\+ years in global alliances and partner sales, especially in Enterprise Software/AI \& CRM
• Proven experience building go-to-market plans with channels and service partnerships
• Established relationships with strategic systems integrators and service providers in the AI/SaaS space
• Strong background in sales, focusing on multi-million dollar deals and partner revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
