Go Developer Senior Level

Accountabilities

The Go Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. The role requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to contribute to large-scale engineering initiatives.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using Go and modern engineering practices.
• Build reliable backend systems with a focus on performance, concurrency, maintainability, and code quality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and customers to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure to develop and deploy robust software systems.
• Create clear technical documentation, including architecture designs and implementation approaches.
• Participate in agile development processes, contributing to planning, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to innovative projects across different industries and technology domains.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer with strong backend development expertise and experience building scalable systems. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with global teams, and applying modern engineering practices to solve complex problems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical software engineering experience.
• 6\+ years of experience in software development or similar engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of Go, including concurrency patterns, testing practices, and backend development principles.
• Experience designing and building software solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed teams.
• Strong written communication skills, especially for technical design and architecture documentation.
• Familiarity with additional technologies such as React, JavaScript, SQL, and/or Java is a plus.
• Experience or educational background in healthcare or life sciences, including HL7 FHIR standards, is an advantage.
• Advanced English communication skills.
