We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong Golang expertise and an interest in Agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable backend applications and distributed systems, along with exposure to AI-powered workflows and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Build scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Develop reliable and high-performance distributed systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and code quality initiatives.
• Build and integrate AI-powered workflows using Agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Golang.
• Experience with microservices and REST API development.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other LLMs.
• Knowledge of RAG and vector databases.
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools.
