Role Overview

Join a global enterprise SaaS company during a pivotal period of modernization and process transformation. This full-time, U.S.-based contract role and runs 9–12 months (up to $100k annually – depending on experience), with potential to convert to full-time.

You’ll support the execution and evolution of sales commissions and incentive compensation programs for a large, distributed GTM workforce. The team is actively transitioning from manual workflows (spreadsheet-driven) to a new incentive comp platform (Spiff), and this role is critical in keeping operations running while also contributing to broader improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute manual sales compensation calculations—especially MBO-based and spreadsheet-driven commissions—for a workforce of \~900, including \~250 manual payees
  • Run end-to-end comp processes: calculations, audits, validation, and timely submissions
  • Respond to and triage escalations from the sales org, offering empathetic and clear communication
  • Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, and Sales Ops to deliver reporting and insights that inform GTM planning
  • Contribute to commissions analytics (e.g., attainment curves, plan efficacy), helping the business understand what’s working and what needs to evolve
  • Support implementation and transition from legacy tooling (e.g., Anaplan) to Spiff, the new incentive compensation platform
  • Build and maintain process documentation and SOPs for future scalability
  • Participate in continuous improvement—identify and suggest workflow optimizations, automation opportunities, or UX enhancements

Education \& Qualifications

  • 4\+ years of experience in a compensation operations, rev ops, or GTM analyst role
  • Familiarity with sales compensation programs, MBO plans, and incentive calculations
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic modeling, etc.)
  • Comfortable navigating Salesforce for data extraction and reporting
  • Experience in enterprise environments with 100\+ comped employees preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to platforms like Spiff, Anaplan, or similar incentive comp tools
  • Experience supporting large-scale compensation transformations or tool implementations
  • Comfort owning a commission inbox and being field-facing with sales teams
  • Prior experience working in fast-paced environments undergoing process change

Why Us

  • 9–12 month contract with potential to convert to full-time
  • U.S.-based remote flexibility
  • Opportunity to drive meaningful process improvement during a large-scale transformation
  • Exposure to a high-volume, enterprise compensation environment
