We're seeking a skilled
Go To Market Manager
to join our Global Merchandising team. This is an exciting role that bridges product strategy and project management skills. The ideal candidate will come with a strong understanding of the product supply chain and a business transformation mindset.
Responsibilities:
- In partnership with Global Merchandising team, work to develop the global go-to-market strategy that meets the organizational and customer needs.
- Undertake detailed research and analysis to support strategic recommendations.
- Create, manage and communicate all milestones with urgency on the product lifecycle calendar to ensure that the business deliverables are achieved on time and in accordance with defined budgets.
- Act as an internal advisor to stakeholders globally: merchandising, design, production, regional leadership etc.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to plan agendas and prepare materials for meetings, capturing actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Effectively project manage key initiatives and milestones to enable business deliverables.
- Undertake detailed hindsight by analyzing seasonal data and KPIs to identify continuous improvements opportunities.
- Serve as the key contact for global teams.
- Assist in visualizing and executing business strategies for growth and operational development.
- Support in communicating the company's vision and values.
- Partner with Merchandising and Design teams to ensure product selection aligns with business goals and customer needs. Focus on discussions around item selection, sales goals, and customer considerations.
- Anticipate risks to deliverables and create paths for mitigation and resolution.
- Align product marketing strategies to the budget and ensure retail teams have comprehensive product knowledge before a collection launch to support full-price selling.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized – able to manage multiple deadlines/priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of product supply chain – Global Merchandising, Merchandise Planning/Inventory Management and Production.
- Demonstrable business acumen skills – able to identify opportunities that drive organizational growth.
- Self-starter -able to identify potential issues and develop mitigation solutions.
- Demonstrable ability to think strategically with proven research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience in consulting and/or business transformation.
- Demonstrable meeting facilitation and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
$110,000\.00 to 120,000\.00*
