· Build interconnected Google Sheets and reporting systems that consolidate information, improve data consistency, and support operational and financial analysis.
· Develop reusable code, functions, integrations, and utilities that improve system reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
· Troubleshoot software issues, investigate root causes, and implement effective long-term solutions.
· Map existing business processes and design automated workflows that reduce repetitive tasks, manual data entry, and administrative inefficiencies.
· Develop workflow infrastructure that connects spreadsheets, databases, files, applications, and other approved business systems.
· Implement scheduled jobs, triggers, automated notifications, task tracking, data validation, and exception reporting.
· Evaluate and implement appropriate programming tools and technologies, including databases, APIs, command-line utilities, executable tools, and scheduled jobs.
· Establish consistent processes for data organization, system documentation, error handling, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
Agentic AI \& Intelligent Automation
· Research, develop, and implement AI-enabled workflows and agentic systems that can interpret instructions, perform multistep tasks, retrieve and analyze information, and assist with business processes.
· Build AI-assisted tools that support research, document processing, report generation, task coordination, and operational follow-up.
· Explore integrations between AI models, Google Workspace, Apps Script, Python, APIs, and approved cloud services.
· Design workflows that incorporate appropriate permissions, validation, exception handling, human review, and escalation when automated actions require approval.
· Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify practical opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, and organizational efficiency.
· Maintain appropriate safeguards for confidential information and ensure that AI tools are used responsibly, particularly when handling sensitive business or patient-related information.
System Design \& Google Cloud
· Design reliable, secure, and maintainable systems that support the organization's reporting, workflow, and operational needs.
· Use relevant Google Cloud services and Google Workspace capabilities to develop integrations and automation solutions as appropriate to business requirements.
· Assess system architecture, data flows, access controls, integration requirements, and opportunities for future expansion.
· Develop technical documentation, process maps, and implementation plans to support continuity, troubleshooting, and system improvement.
· Monitor the performance and reliability of automated systems and recommend improvements as organizational needs evolve.
