The Brand Partnership division of Guess?, Inc. is seeking a hardworking, creative individual to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. Within Brand Partnerships exists three Guess?, Inc. brands: Guess Originals, Guess Jeans, and Guess USA. The division works closely with influential people in music, art, and social media to drive the energy for the next 40 years of denim and fashion at Guess?, Inc. Brand Partnerships brings fresh perspectives, actively shaping industry conversations and pushing boundaries within the company, all the while valuing Guess’s rich history. The transition from solely partnerships to a full-fledged division with successful launches like the new Guess Jeans store showcase the division’s innovation, creative, and dynamic approach to broader brand development.

POSITION PURPOSE:

Aid in all Corporate graphic related advertising materials. Provide graphic design support, guidelines and information to Product and International Licensing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Development, and the Public Relations Departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Produce and design advertising/graphic design projects for Corporate advertising such as print advertising, collateral and promotional material. Design prototypes according to Corporate advertising schedule for print. Review all prototypes with Art Director before submitting to Creative Director for final approval. Work with outside vendors on various projects. Follow through until project is completed.

Provide advertising/graphic design assistance in key areas of Corporate such as brochures, collateral, and logos. Strong emphasis in advertising/graphic design support to Product and International Licensing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Development and Public Relations, as well as to other Departments of GUESS, Inc. Assemble seasonal advertising inventory and guidelines after being reviewed. Fulfill numerous graphic design requests from different areas of the Company in a timely manner. Review print and outdoor submissions from Product Licensees and International partners to ensure quality control and consistency with what we are doing domestically.

Research and investigate competitor advertising such as scouting outdoor advertising and store displays. Research new graphic design trends including packaging. Work independently on projects, taking full ownership of the design, implementation and the final product.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Basic print production and pre-press skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative design, image creation, asset enhancement, workflow automation) to enhance creative development and production efficiency.
  • Understanding of emerging creative technologies and modern marketing design trends. Conceptual thinker who sees the bigger picture.
  • Able to apply one creative concept across multiple channels seamlessly.
  • Organized, proactive, and deadline driven.
  • Passionate about graphic design innovation and continuous improvement.

EDUCATION:

Associate Degree

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

2-4 Years

This position requires to be on-site daily in our DTLA HQ.
