Job Description

Company Overview:

At Heretic Parfum, we defy convention by blending provocative creativity with pure natural ingredients to create

fragrances that awaken the senses. Our identity is clean yet daring, luxurious yet rebellious. As we continue growing from a small-to-medium business into a stronger mid-market brand, we are looking for creative talent who can help shape the next evolution of our visual identity.

Role Overview:

This position is ideal for an emerging to mid-level graphic artist with strong design instincts, a fresh creative point of

view, and an interest in beauty, fragrance, fashion, art, culture, and luxury branding. This role will report to the Creative Director and support the development of visual assets across digital, print, packaging,

product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, visually curious, and excited to grow with a fast-moving creative company.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule of a minimum 3 days per week in-office in Los Angeles, with the

remaining days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

 Create visually compelling graphics for digital, print, packaging, social media, email, website, advertising, and

marketing campaigns.

 Support the Creative Director in developing visual concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns,

collaborations, and brand storytelling.

 Design assets that reflect Heretic Parfum’s provocative, clean, natural, rebellious, and luxury brand identity.

 Assist with packaging, labeling, inserts, product collateral, and retail or wholesale presentation materials.

 Collaborate with the marketing, product development, e-commerce, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure

designs are accurate, consistent, and production-ready.

 Help maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, including typography, layout, image treatment,

color, and composition.

 Prepare final files for print, packaging, digital use, and vendor handoff.

 Organize and maintain design files, templates, creative assets, and brand resources.

 Contribute fresh creative ideas, references, mood boards, and visual concepts that bring new energy to the brand.

 Support the creation of scalable design templates and systems as the company continues to grow.

Ideal Candidate:

 Emerging to mid-level graphic designer with a strong portfolio and refined visual taste.

 Interested in luxury fragrance, beauty, fashion, art, culture, and elevated visual storytelling.

 Brings a fresh artistic perspective while still respecting brand direction and creative leadership.

 Comfortable working in a growing company where priorities can move quickly.

 Detail-oriented and able to balance creativity with accuracy, timelines, and production requirements.

 Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and able to communicate creative ideas clearly.

 Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

Qualifications:

 1 to 4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, luxury goods, or

consumer products.

 Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, branding, digital design, and visual composition.

 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

 Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar design and e-commerce tools is a plus.

 Experience preparing production-ready files for print, packaging, and digital platforms.

 Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, spacing, and brand consistency.

 Ability to follow creative direction while contributing original ideas.

 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred, but not

required with a strong portfolio.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

 Quality and consistency of visual assets across digital, print, packaging, and marketing materials.

 Timely completion of design projects and production-ready files.

 Ability to follow creative direction while bringing fresh visual ideas to the brand.

 Accuracy of packaging, labeling, and marketing materials with minimal revision cycles.

 Positive collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

 Contribution to scalable templates, organized assets, and improved creative workflows.

The right candidate is creative, curious, organized, and excited to grow with Heretic Parfum. They should bring new

visual intrigue to the brand while understanding the importance of consistency, quality, and execution. This role is well suited for a designer who wants to sharpen their craft, contribute meaningfully to a growing luxury fragrance company, and work closely with a creative team building something distinctive.
