Phantom Brands is seeking a talented

Junior Graphic Designer

to join our

in-house creative team

. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer early in their career who has hands-on experience across branding, packaging, social media content and web design, and is excited to work with both traditional design tools and AI-powered workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Design and support

packaging graphics

for physical products

• Create and update

website designs

and digital assets

• Develop visual content for digital and print marketing materials
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, sales teams, and the marketing team in-house
• Utilize

AI tools

to assist with ideation, design exploration, and production

• Maintain brand consistency across all projects
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of detail

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Proficiency in Shopify
• Packaging design experience

(professional or portfolio-based)

• Website design experience

(UI/visual design experience required)

• Experience creating

social-first content

for platforms like Instagram and TikTok

• Experience using

AI tools

in a design or creative workflow

• Strong eye for

design, layout, color, and typography

• Excellent

attention to detail

and visual precision

• Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and iterate efficiently

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional Adobe tools (InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Familiarity with marketing or e-commerce brands
• Understanding of responsive web design or UX fundamentals
