Graphic Designer

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Graphic Designer for a creative, fast-paced client. This is an onsite role in Dallas, TX.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Designer will develop engaging visual concepts across print and digital channels, supporting both internal and client-facing initiatives. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to bring strategic ideas to life from concept through final production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create on-brand designs across print and digital channels, including marketing materials and web assets
• Translate strategic concepts into compelling visual solutions from ideation through production
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, developers, and project managers to execute creative projects
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and adherence to brand and accessibility standards
• Review final deliverables for accuracy and maintain design integrity across all outputs
• Contribute to evolving design systems, templates, and shared creative assets

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual composition
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers competitive annual salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience. Additional details regarding benefits and eligibility will be shared during the interview process.
