Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining our visual brand, producing creative assets for various channels, and increasing sales. This role is perfect for someone passionate about graphic design who wants to gain hands-on experience with a wide range of creative projects.
Only candidates who can travel to both locations will be considered. This is an entirely in-person position that requires travel to both store locations and our commissary warehouse in West Chester.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality visual content for print and digital platforms, including social media graphics, menus, email campaigns, in-store signage, sales slicks, event signage, advertisements, and other visual marketing needs.
- Create illustrations that fit our brand guidelines for packaging, signage, and other marketing materials.
- Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm marketing campaigns across emails, events, and in-store advertising, including video screen display content.
- Communicate with vendors to prepare files for printing, ensuring that all designs meet brand guidelines and production standards.
- Work closely with photographers to create content for menus, emails, web imagery, and all visual content.
- Support the marketing, design, and wholesale teams as required, including organizing design resources and managing workflow tasks.
Skills
- Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience working in MailChimp or similar email marketing sites.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and within a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey design concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing various creative abilities in graphic design, illustration, and visual marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design in a marketing setting, or a related creative field.
- Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and experience creating optimized social media, websites, and email marketing designs.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp and other CMS platforms.
- A basic understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and GIFs.

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday, some weekends if needed
- Must be flexible and willing to work holidays
