Overview

Teamatical is seeking a

Graphic Designer with strong Adobe Illustrator expertise

to develop high-quality apparel graphics and visual assets. This role focuses on transforming customer ideas into professional, production-ready designs for custom apparel.

The ideal candidate has experience working in the

apparel or garment decoration industry

and understands how to translate customer concepts into clean vector artwork suitable for production. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate directly with customers to refine and execute their design ideas.

This is a

full-time, in-office position located in Boca Raton, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Create custom apparel graphics using

Adobe Illustrator

, ensuring designs are clean, scalable, and production-ready

• Work directly with customers to understand their ideas and translate them into professional design concepts

• Communicate clearly with customers to refine artwork, suggest improvements, and finalize designs

• Prepare vector artwork for apparel production including logos, graphics, and custom branding

• Modify and adjust customer-provided artwork to meet quality and production standards

• Maintain brand and design consistency across projects

• Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs meet production and manufacturing requirements

Qualifications:

Apparel Design Experience

• Experience working in the

apparel, garment decoration, or custom merchandise industry

• Understanding of apparel graphics, vector artwork, and production requirements

• Experience preparing designs for screen printing, embroidery, or other apparel production methods is a plus

Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)

• Strong working knowledge of:

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Photoshop

• Ability to create clean

vector artwork, typography layouts, and production-ready files

Customer Communication \& Collaboration

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers to bring their ideas to life

• Ability to listen to customer needs and translate concepts into professional designs

• Comfortable providing design feedback and creative recommendations

Operational \& Organizational Strengths

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Background

• 2–5\+ years of graphic design experience

• Experience designing

custom apparel, merchandise, or branded products

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field is a plus

• Portfolio demonstrating

Adobe Illustrator vector artwork and apparel design work

is required
