About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the creation of visual assets across digital, social, and paid channels, as well as marketing and event collateral for the ONE/SIZE brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the brand’s creative vision, ensuring all design work aligns with our high standards for quality, innovation, and brand consistency. This position offers a hybrid work environment, primarily remote with occasional in-person collaboration at our Culver City location, requiring candidates to be based in Los Angeles, CA. The role reports directly to the Art Director and requires working in PST hours, making it ideal for candidates on the West Coast.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1\+ years’ experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the beauty industry
- BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or related fields
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and versatility
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Basecamp or similar
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for beauty, pop culture, and maintaining a high standard of aesthetic taste
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, startup environment
- Based in Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce engaging design assets for various consumer touchpoints, including editorial campaigns, packaging, visual merchandising, digital advertising, and social media content
- Support creative programs across Brand Marketing, Retail, and Digital teams from initial concept through final execution
- Edit and produce short video and audio clips, applying transitions, titles, sound effects, and color corrections for web and social media platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop collateral for events, mailers, inserts, print materials, and educational content
- Manage and organize the design file library in partnership with the Senior Graphic Designer
- Create and maintain a consistent visual language and brand identity across all sales channels and marketing touchpoints
- Ensure all design outputs meet the brand’s standards for quality, innovation, and accuracy
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear
- Assist in creating internal and external presentations and supporting the evolution of the brand style guide
- Participate in special projects or initiatives as needed to support departmental goals
