Job Description

Group Financial Controller \| Kinetico Health \| London / Hybrid \| £60-70K depending on experience

Kinetico Health is building the UK's leading network of private MSK clinics. We acquire and grow physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, and podiatry practices - preserving their clinical identity while driving performance at scale. We're on a path to 40\+ clinics and preparing for our next growth phase, which will include introducing third-party debt financing to accelerate acquisitions.

We're looking for a hands-on Group Financial Controller to build our finance function from the ground up and play a central role in that journey.

What you'll own:

Financial Reporting \& Control

  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across all entities, delivering accurate consolidated reporting
  • Maintain balance sheet integrity, enforce consistent accounting policies, and ensure strong reconciliation processes across the group

Treasury \& Debt

  • Manage bank accounts across all group entities, with clear visibility on cash positions and liquidity
  • Support the structuring and implementation of our first debt facility, then own ongoing lender reporting, compliance certificates, and covenant monitoring

M\&A \& Integration

  • Conduct financial due diligence on acquisition targets and lead post-acquisition finance integration
  • Further develop a repeatable integration playbook to support continued acquisition activity

Systems \& Process

  • Build upon existing accounting infrastructure and drive automation across the close and reporting cycle
  • Lead the transition from Xero to a platform better suited to a multi-entity group structure

Audit, Tax \& Compliance

  • Coordinate audits across group and entity levels; manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and payroll providers

What we're looking for:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified, 8\+ years' experience
  • Multi-entity / group finance background
  • Experience in a leveraged or PE-backed business with exposure to debt financing
  • Strong systems and process improvement mindset
  • A builder — someone who thrives creating structure in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

Why join us?

This is a rare early-team opportunity with genuine impact - shaping the finance function of a fast-growing UK healthcare platform, with significant M\&A exposure and a direct line to the CFO.
