Job Description

**Remobile Group is looking for a Group Operations Manager to help oversee and control daily operations across our growing businesses and teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, structured, proactive, and experienced in e-commerce operations. The right person will work closely with the CEO and team members across different locations to make sure tasks are clearly assigned, deadlines are followed, communication stays organised, and operational issues are reported before they become bigger problems.

This is not only an admin role. We are looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and follow-up across multiple teams, offices, and online business operations.

About Remobile Group

Remobile Group operates multiple businesses in the mobile phone and consumer electronics industry, including e-commerce operations, Shopify stores, refurbishment, procurement, sales, marketing, and international teams.

The Group Operations Manager will help create one clear operating structure across the company so that all important tasks, projects, and responsibilities are properly tracked and followed up.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for keeping control of daily tasks and operational follow-up across Remobile Group. You will make sure tasks are created correctly in ClickUp or Notion, assigned to the right person, given clear deadlines, and followed up until completion.

You will also monitor team communication through Slack, ensure important discussions are converted into clear tasks, and keep the CEO updated on progress, delays, bottlenecks, and issues that require attention.

The role includes coordinating with employees across different departments and locations, including Pakistan, Dubai, and European operations, while being based hybrid in the Netherlands, Germany, or Poland.

You will help prepare daily and weekly operational updates, track overdue tasks, follow up with team members, support meeting preparation, take meeting notes, and make sure every meeting ends with clear action points.

You will also support e-commerce operations by helping teams stay organised around Shopify-related tasks, product updates, marketing follow-ups, customer experience issues, stock/pricing coordination, reporting, and general online business execution.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, operations coordination, project coordination, or business operations.

You should have practical experience using ClickUp or Notion for task management and be comfortable using Slack for team communication. You must be able to create structure, follow up professionally, and keep teams accountable without creating unnecessary pressure or confusion.

The ideal candidate is organised, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with senior management. You should be able to understand priorities, follow up on deadlines, identify delays, and clearly report what is completed, what is pending, and what needs CEO attention.**
