At Koola Logistics, we are building more than a freight brokerage. We are building a company where ambitious people can create careers, provide for their families, develop as leaders, and accomplish things far beyond the walls of an office.

Since launching in 2019, Koola has grown from four desks in a single room into one of the fastest-growing freight brokerages in the country. But we believe we are still early.

As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for a Growth Marketing \& Brand Manager who can help us tell that story, build the Koola brand, support recruiting and sales growth, and create a marketing engine capable of scaling alongside the company.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage social media. We want a builder.

Most marketers inherit an established marketing department. You will help build ours.

Most marketers operate several layers away from company leadership. You will work directly with our founder and leadership team.

Most marketing roles are measured by posts, impressions, and campaigns. We care about talent attracted, customers reached, opportunities created, and the strength of the Koola brand.

You will have access to the people, stories, data, growth, customers, office, leadership team, and culture needed to build a nationally recognized brand. Your job is to capture it, package it, distribute it, measure it, and continually make it better.

What You Will Own

Brand Strategy \& Positioning

Develop and execute Koola’s overall marketing and brand strategy.

Create a consistent voice, visual identity, and message across every customer, carrier, employee, and candidate touchpoint.

Clearly communicate what makes Koola different in a crowded freight brokerage market and build recognition beyond our existing network.

Content \& Storytelling

Build a repeatable content engine across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, email, the website, recruiting platforms, and industry media.

Capture employee success stories, customer wins, milestones, leadership content, office culture, recruiting stories, and useful freight-market content.

Own the content calendar and coordinate photography, video, graphics, writing, and outside vendors.

Founder \& Leadership Brand

Turn ideas, speeches, meetings, announcements, market observations, and leadership philosophies into professional content.

Build a fast capture-and-distribution system that does not require leadership to personally manage the process.

Recruiting Marketing

Partner with HR and recruiting to make Koola one of the most recognizable freight brokerage employers in the Midwest.

Develop targeted campaigns, funnels, landing pages, testimonials, and career content for experienced brokers and other priority roles.

Measure which messages, companies, markets, and channels generate qualified candidates.

Sales \& Customer Growth

Create customer presentations, case studies, industry campaigns, email campaigns, sales collateral, landing pages, customer stories, video assets, and market insights.

Give brokers marketing tools they can actively use to generate revenue.

Website, SEO \& Paid Growth

Own and continuously improve Koola’s website, organic search visibility, landing pages, traffic, rankings, and conversion performance.

Build targeted Google, LinkedIn, Meta, recruiting-platform, and retargeting campaigns where the economics make sense.

Marketing Systems \& Analytics

Implement the right CRM connections, automation, email marketing, analytics, lead tracking, content management, attribution, and recruiting tracking.

• Create a simple leadership dashboard showing what is working, where qualified candidates and opportunities come from, and what marketing produces for the business.
