About Core Practice

Core Practice is a leading cloud-based dental practice management platform helping dental clinics streamline operations, improve patient experiences, and grow their businesses.

We work with independent practices, multi-site dental groups, and industry partners across Australia and New Zealand. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale our lead generation engine.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in B2B SaaS, understands how to generate qualified pipeline, and can combine events, digital marketing, content, automation, and customer advocacy into a measurable growth strategy.

The Opportunity

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own marketing-generated pipeline and work closely with Sales and Customer Success to drive revenue growth.

You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives across conferences, regional roadshows, digital channels, content marketing, customer advocacy, and marketing automation.

Success in this role will be measured by qualified leads, demo bookings, opportunities created, pipeline generated, and customer acquisition - not vanity metrics.

Responsibilities:

Demand Generation \& Pipeline Growth

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, demo bookings, and sales opportunities.
  • Own the marketing funnel from lead generation through to sales handover.
  • Build and optimise lead nurture programs, email campaigns, and conversion pathways.
  • Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.

Events \& Field Marketing

  • Plan and execute major industry conferences, trade shows, and regional roadshows.
  • Manage sponsorships, speaking opportunities, booth activations, and lead capture processes.
  • Develop pre-event and post-event campaigns to maximise event ROI.
  • Measure and report on event-generated pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Digital Marketing \& Content

  • Manage SEO, SEM, website optimisation, and digital lead generation initiatives.
  • Develop marketing content including case studies, customer success stories, webinars, guides, and campaign assets.
  • Drive customer advocacy, referral, and partner marketing programs.
  • Identify and test new channels and growth opportunities.

Marketing Operations \& Analytics

  • Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Implement lead scoring, attribution, and campaign tracking.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics including MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and marketing-influenced revenue.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance and ROI.

Skills \& Experience:

Essential

  • 5\+ years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and sales pipeline.
  • Experience planning and executing conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, or field marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimisation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred but not required

  • Experience within dental, healthcare, medical, allied health, or practice management software industries.
  • Experience marketing to SMB and multi-site business customers.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Experience building customer advocacy, referral, and partner marketing programs.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment.
