Growth Marketing Manager

Remote

We’re partnering with an innovative, fast-growing technology company in the security and operations space that is scaling its go-to-market efforts and looking to add a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment and enjoys building programs that directly drive pipeline and revenue.

This is not a traditional marketing position focused solely on brand awareness. Instead, this role is highly execution-oriented and closely aligned with sales. You’ll work directly with leadership to plan and run campaigns, support industry events, and develop targeted outreach strategies that generate qualified meetings and accelerate deal momentum. The right person will be comfortable taking ownership, operating independently, and building repeatable processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute marketing campaigns designed to generate pipeline and support sales growth
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and leadership to align go-to-market priorities
  • Plan, coordinate, and support industry events, including pre-event outreach, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Develop and manage outbound and account-based marketing programs targeting key industries and customer segments
  • Create and oversee content that supports campaigns and customer engagement, including case studies, social content, and marketing materials
  • Define and refine lead qualification and prioritization processes to improve pipeline quality
  • Track campaign performance and continuously optimize outreach and conversion efforts
  • Contribute to the development of scalable marketing programs and repeatable processes as the organization grows

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, field marketing, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Demonstrated success generating pipeline through campaigns, events, and targeted outreach
  • Experience working closely with sales teams in a revenue-driven environment
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise content
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot or similar platforms)
  • Comfort using modern tools and technology to scale outreach and campaign execution
  • Basic design, content creation, or video editing skills are a plus
