About the Role
We’re seeking a highly analytical, conversion-driven
Paid Media Manager
to own and optimize our direct response marketing programs across multiple paid channels. This is a
hands-on-keys role

What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize direct response campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and emerging acquisition channels.
- Own day-to-day campaign management including audience targeting, creative testing, bid strategies, pacing, and budget allocation.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize funnel performance, and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Develop and test hypotheses across channels to continually improve conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Partner with analytics, creative, product, and lifecycle teams to ensure messaging cohesion across the customer journey.
- Build dashboards and performance reports to share results, insights, and recommendations with leadership.
- Monitor competitive activity and platform updates to maintain an expert-level understanding of paid media best practices.
- Manage relationships with platform reps and select vendor partners.
- Contribute to forecasting and budget planning across acquisition channels.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
managing paid media campaigns, and a minimum of 2 years of experience
in-house
.
- Demonstrated expertise in direct response advertising with a track record of improving conversion metrics and driving revenue growth.
- Deep proficiency with paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), paid search (Google Ads, Bing), and other DR channels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, attribution platforms, and BI tools.
- Ability to structure tests, interpret data quickly, and communicate actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop and test ad assets for maximum performance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
- Experience with mobile app acquisition is a plus.
