Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Dunwoody, GA (hybrid)

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable pipeline growth by developing and optimizing demand generation strategies across digital channels, campaigns, and partner ecosystems. This role focuses on identifying high-impact growth opportunities, testing new marketing approaches, and scaling programs that generate qualified leads and revenue.

Working closely with sales, partner marketing, and marketing operations, the Growth Marketing Manager develops integrated marketing strategies that convert target audiences into opportunities. The role combines planning, experimentation and data-driven optimization to accelerate customer acquisition and support company revenue goals.

Success in this role is measured by pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion performance, and marketing-driven revenue growth. The Growth Marketing Manager is the person responsible for making sure marketing actually produces pipeline, not just activities.

Core Responsibilities

Growth Strategy and Pipeline Development

Develop and execute marketing programs designed to increase pipeline and accelerate customer acquisition.

Responsibilities include:

Implement a data-driven approach to marketing experimentation and performance improvement.

  • designing growth experiments and A/B tests
  • testing messaging, offers, and conversion strategies
  • analyzing results and scaling successful programs
  • improving marketing funnel performance

Pipeline Analytics and Performance Measurement

Track marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
