Growth Strategy Consultant

A global consulting business specialising in data, AI and operational transformation is looking to hire a Growth Strategy Consultant to join its London team. The role is based in the City of London with hybrid working and offers a base salary of £60,000 plus bonus and benefits.

This role is suited to a junior consultant with around 1 to 3 years’ experience, ideally from a recognised consulting firm or a strategy, analytics or commercial role within a complex organisation.

You will sit at the intersection of strategy, analytics and stakeholder engagement, working closely with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic analysis and research to inform business decisions
• Conduct market sizing, commercial analysis and opportunity assessment
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Translate insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Work closely with leadership and commercial teams on key initiatives

Experience required

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, analytics or commercial roles
• Exposure to working within complex organisations
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
