**Job Title: Handyman / Maintenance Technician

Location: Sydney Metro**

Salary: $90,000 \+ Van \+ Fuel Card \+ Super

Our client, a rapidly growing facilities services provider, is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support multiple sites across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of newly awarded contracts and ongoing tenders in place, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business experiencing significant growth.

The role

Working across a portfolio of commercial and light industrial sites, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality general maintenance and handyman services. The role is mobile, requiring travel between sites, and offers variety in day-to-day tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out general building maintenance and repairs
• Minor carpentry, patching, painting and basic plumbing works
• Routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service
• Liaising with site managers and reporting on completed works

About you

• Trade-qualified Carpenter (preferred) or strong handyman background
• Proven experience working across multiple sites or in facilities maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Valid driver’s licence
